    Orchard Creek Band

Orchard Creek has a “Colorado Sound” where various musical influences blend. And we love traditional bluegrass – our hero’s being Bill Monroe, Stanley Brothers, Flatt and Scruggs and others from the same period plus those who have come later and honor the tradition.

    Dennis Valasquez

Dennis started playing the Native American flute about thirty years ago. With no formal training, he just grabbed a Native American Flute and began playing. Dennis now has an array of four favorite flutes he likes to play. He plays from the heart in an improvisational style, whatever he’s feeling at the time. During the pandemic, he often played for the neighbors on his front porch and has continued that tradition.
