Modern/Contemporary Dance: Open Level Basics

Join Lakewood dance instructor Jessica Riggs for an hour-long online experience in modern dance. Class will include a full-body warm-up, introduction of foundational modern dance movements and techniques, a short dance combination, and some strength and flexibility work. All ages and levels welcome; no prior dance experience or equipment needed! Just find a space to move in and comfortable clothing to wear.
