I understand that the grants are first-come, first-served and filling out this interest form does not lock the money in. I understand that grant documents cannot be accepted via email. I understand that failure to upload correct or complete documents will result in a rejection of this form and I will have to resubmit again via this portal. Timeliness *If I am awarded a $500 Celebrating Alameda grant, I will begin work immediately and notify Alameda Connects of project completion by filling out a Show and Tell Report before the end of the year. Timeliness *Yes, if I am determined to be eligible, I agree to begin gathering the required items outlined on the website and formally apply within 2 weeks of receiving Part Two (the Application). I will complete the project by the end of the year, barring extenuating circumstances. ACH Approval *Yes, I agree to receive any potential grant through ACH Direct Deposit. I will respond to the invitation link to set it up immediately upon receipt because, of course! I want my money as soon as possible! 🍀 🥳 You're in Luck! Applicants for the $500 Celebrating Alameda Community grant program do not have to complete Part Two.Submitting this request form is sufficient as long as a clear vision of the project is written and the applicant is a member of Alameda Connects.
