Caring for Yourself When it Counts Wellness Class

Free wellness classes hosted by the Lakewood Probation Division and Jefferson Center for Mental Health continue this month with Caring for Yourself When It Counts. It’s 6-7:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at 445 S. Allison Parkway. Lakewood and the center teamed up to bring you three powerful, practical, and uplifting sessions designed to help you navigate life’s challenges, and this is the second class.

These are free, and registration is easy.
